Live updates as crash sees Cambridgeshire A-road closed in both directions

A major A-road in Cambridgeshire is currently closed in both directions after reports of a crash. The A47 is closed between Old Oundle Road to the A6118 Old North Road. This follows a separate crash between a van and lorry[1] on the A1 on Thursday morning (March 6).

Emergency services have been contacted for more information. Inrix, the traffic data monitoring company, said: "A47 in both directions closed, queueing traffic due to accident from Old Oundle Road to A6118 Old North Road."
