Live updates as jack-knifed lorry causes long delays on main Cardiff route
A jack-knifed lorry is causing long delays on one of the main routes out of Cardiff. It has happened on the northbound carriageway of the A4232 between St Fagans and junction 33 of the M4 at Capel Llanilltern. Traffic Wales said at 12.40pm that the road is" blocked due to a jack-knifed lorry blocking the road".
Their advice is: "Traffic is very heavy with long delays, please avoid the area if possible."
An eye-witness says there are police, fire crews and ambulance at the scene.
