A spokesperson for West Mercia Roads Policing said: "We have conducted a speed enforcement operation in and around Worcester on Sunday (April 13). "Several drivers stopped and issued offence reports due to excessive speed.
"Highest recorded was 75mph in a 60mph."
Two weeks ago, roads policing officers recorded 13 offences on the A38 in Droitwich, which included a drink-driver who was driving with a badly cracked windscreen, and a drug-driver.
