Wiltshire Police appealing for witnesses after A345 crash

At around 1.15 pm on Wednesday, April 2 on the A345 at Netheravon a crash took place between a Ford Ranger, a Hyundai i10 and a Peugeot Expert Van. The driver of the Hyundai, a woman in her 70s, suffered serious leg injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment, where she remains. The road was closed to allow for recovery and enquiries and has since reopened.

Police are now appealing for witnesses of the crash, and are asking people with evidence to contact them.

A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "Anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage is asked to contact us on 101 quoting long number 133 and yesterday's date (April 2).

The injured woman was released from the vehicle by firefighters and transported to hospital by air ambulance.
