Appeal after lorry driver hospitalised in M3 crash
Emergency services were called to the incident shortly after 7am after a lorry collided with the central reservation, injuring the driver. The carriageway was temporarily closed between junctions 12 and 13 causing traffic chaos across the morning. Police have now issued an appeal for witnesses to come forward.
In a statement this afternoon, a police spokesperson said: "Just before 7.10am on Friday, May 23 a lorry collided with the central reservation on the northbound carriageway of the M3 just after junction 13.
"We'd like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone who may have dash cam footage of the incident.
