Live: Cheltenham A-road blocked due to lorry crash
A busy A-road is currently blocked in both directions following a reported two-vehicle crash this afternoon, Monday, May 12. A lorry and car crashed on the A4019, Tewkesbury Road, affecting rush hour traffic. Stagecoach has told passengers: "Due to a police incident Tewkesbury Road is closed we will be diverting via Gloucester road, Arle road and PE way resuming from Kingsditch roundabout.
We are doing our best but there may be delays on the services." Roads and traffic monitoring site, Inrix, reported the crash at 4.40pm. It said: "A4019 Tewkesbury Road in both directions blocked due to accident, a lorry and a car involved from A4013 Princess Elizabeth Way to Neptune Business Centre."
