Live: Pedestrian hit by van on Gloucestershire A-road

A collision between a van and a pedestrian blocked a busy A-road in Gloucestershire. Traffic was moving slowly on the A4136 between Brierley and Nailbridge this morning (Thursday, May 29) after the collision. The collision was reported at around 5.50am.

Google Maps showed there were delays in the area. Traffic monitor Inrix reported earlier: "A4136 in both directions blocked, slow traffic due to accident, a van and a pedestrian involved between Brierley Banks (Brierley) and Highview Road (Nailbridge)." According to Inrix, the road reopened by around 7am.
