M25: Woman taken to hospital after vehicle overturns in Herts

A spokesperson for Herts Police said: "Police were called to reports of a road traffic collision on the M25 close to junction 22. "The collision involved a black Hyundai i10 and a lorry. "We are attending alongside colleagues from the East of England Ambulance Service.

"A woman in her 30s will be taken to hospital as a precaution." Emergency services remain on the scene and three lanes are blocked with traffic of up to 40 minutes in the area. People are asked to avoid the road if possible.

A spokesperson for the East of England Ambulance Service said: "One ambulance, a rapid response vehicle and a paramedic car were sent to the M25 near Bricket Wood this morning following reports of a road traffic collision.

"One woman was transported to Barnet General Hospital for further assessment and care."
