Police update on St Enoch’s Road crash on Saturday
West Yorkshire Police were called at 1.31pm on Saturday, May 24 to reports of a collision on Southfield Lane. The incident took place near the junction with St Enoch's Road. The crash reportedly involved a van and a motorcycle.
The motorcyclist has been taken to hospital with serious injuries, a police spokesperson has since confirmed. Yorkshire Ambulance Service and Yorkshire Air Ambulance were called to the scene. The air ambulance was seen flying over Bradford on Saturday afternoon in response to the incident.
The road is currently closed while enquiries are conducted at the scene.
Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes.
The AA has warned drivers of traffic queues along the A6177 Southfield Road, both ways at Little Horton Lane.
