Biker dies in hospital after crash with campervan
A 57-year-old man from West Lothian has died in hospital a week after a crash involving his motorbike and a campervan near Inverness.
The accident happened at about 16:30 on 19 June on the A82 at Lochend, south of Inverness.
Steven Twizell, who was riding a blue BMW motorbike, was flown to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where he died on Thursday.
The 46-year-old male driver of the white Peugeot Carado campervan was taken to hospital as a precaution but later discharged.
He has been arrested in connection with a road traffic offence[1].
