Dashcam footage captures man driving wrong way down A27

Dashcam footage has captured the moment a man drove the wrong way down the A27, crashing into multiple vehicles. Marcus Cresswell, 36, was jailed for a year and banned from driving for five and a half years following the incident in October 2021. [1] Cresswell, formerly of West Street, Brighton, drank alcohol before getting behind the wheel and reversed into vehicles in a car park before driving the wrong way along the A27 carriageway near Lancing.

Cresswell's selfish and dangerous actions caused an arterial dual carriageway to be closed for several hours impacting on thousands of motorists.
