Emergency services called to coach and truck crash on M6 in Staffordshire

Officers from Staffordshire Police Road Crime Team[1] were called to reports of the collision on the M6 between junctions 14 and 15, between a coach and a recovery truck around 5.45am on Saturday. The truck was later found at the side of the road with substantial damage to the front, but with the driver having only suffered minor injuries.

A spokesman for Staffordshire Police Road Crime Team[2] said: "We were called to the M6 between junction 14 and junction 15 after reports of a two vehicle RTC.

"We found that a recovery truck had collided with a coach before leaving the carriageway.

"Luckily, there were only minor injuries to the driver of the recovery truck."
