They have all been released on police bail. Investigating officer, Police Sergeant Robert Crofts of the Roads Policing Unit at Thames Valley Police, said: "I am making a public appeal to anyone who was travelling on the M40 on Saturday morning and saw the collision itself, what happened after the collision or saw the vehicles prior to the collision to please come forward. "If you have dashcam in your vehicle and were travelling in the area, please check the footage to see if you have captured the collision, what happened after the collision or any of the vehicles involved.
