'Long delays' and one lane shut

Drivers should expect long delays between junctions 12 and 10 in both directions following a crash anticlockwise on the M25. While only one lane remains shut on the M25 following in the incident, a temporary halt in traffic flow and onlookers is adding to travel times. Those in the area may need to add extra time to their journeys as a result of the incident.

The crash occured between a van and a motorcycle. It is not yet clear if there are any injuries as a result of the incident. Emergency services were called to the scene.

Traffic monitor service Inrix reports: "Long delays and one lane closed due to accident, a van and a motorbike involved on M25 anticlockwise from J11 A320 St Peters Way (Chertsey) to J10 A3 (Wisley Interchange).

"Congestion to J12 M3, and onlookers opposite back to Cobham Services before J10.

In lane one (of four), after being stopped for half an hour."
