Man in 20s seriously injured after crash in Carlisle
Cumbria Police is appealing for witnesses after a crash between a van and a pedestrian in Prescott Road, Carlisle. The incident occurred at around 9:15am on Tuesday, June 24. The pedestrian, a man in his 20s, was taken to hospital after suffering serious head injuries.
They are not believed to be life-threatening. The vehicle involved was a white Ford Transit van. Police say the driver stopped after the crash and has engaged.
