Mobile speed cameras in Hull and East Yorkshire

A number of roads will be visited by mobile speed camera vans in the coming days. Drivers can see where the mobile cameras are likely to be situated through the daily enforcement schedule on the Safer Roads Humber website[1], which is published each week. However, not all locations are listed on the schedule with enforcement officers also visiting other sites around the region over the coming days.

Humberside Police[2], in partnership with Safer Roads Humber, reserves the right to enforce speed limits on any road, at any time.

Mobile speed cameras will be in the following locations in East Yorkshire:

  • MON June 2: A166 between Fridaythorpe and B1248

  • TUE June 3: B1240 Sproatley Road - Preston

  • WED June 4: A1034 Sancton

  • THU June 5: B1253 - Easton Road - Bridlington

  • FRI June 6: B1242 Rolston Road - Hornsea

  • SAT June 7: Various sites across the region

  • SUN June 8: Various sites across the region

For those crossing the Humber Bridge[3] to the South Bank, mobile cameras will be in the following locations:

  • MON June 2: B1207 Vicarage Lane - Scawby

  • TUE June 3: A161 Station Road - Graizelound

  • WED June 4: A18 Barton Street Central (between Beelsby junction and B1203 Ashby Top roundabout)

  • THU June 5: Great Coates Road - Grimsby

  • FRI June 6: B1216 Ferry Road - Scunthorpe

  • SAT June 7: Various sites across the region

  • SUN June 8: Various sites across the region
