New Forest: Four injured as A35 closed in Lyndhurst

Hampshire Police received a report about the incident on May 30, a crash involving a car and a five people who have reported injuries and have been taken to hospital. The police closed the road near Lyndhurst on the northbound side shortly with officers advising the public to find an alternative route. The incident happened around 1.35pm on the A35 at the junction with Ornamental drive, involving a Renault van and a Vauxhall Astra.

A 37-year-old woman suffered life threatening injuries. Three other people, a 6-year-old girl, a man in his 30s and a woman in her 50s, suffered serious injuries. Officers are appealing for information following a collision.

A spokesperson from police said: "We're keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone with relevant dash cam footage.
