Driver banned from the roads for speeding at 69mph on M4
Thomas Leers was driving along the M4 between junctions seven and six near Slough when he was caught by an automatic camera. The Land Rover driver was clocked at 69mph. A variable 60mph speed limit was in place at the time.
Leers pleaded guilty to a single count of exceeding a variable speed limit at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court. The 43-year-old of Pishill, Henley-On-Thames was disqualified for six months. He was also fined GBP250 and must pay GBP90 court costs plus a GBP100 surcharge.
The money must be paid in full by July 23.
