Motorist hit with points and fine for driving at 46mph on motorway
Mei Ling Stephanie See was travelling on the eastbound M4 near Welford, Newbury when she was clocked at 46mph. The motorist was caught by an automatic camera on August 15 last year. High Wycombe Magistrates' Court heard how there was a temporary 40mph speed restriction in place at the time due to roadworks.

The court also ordered her to pay a GBP28 surcharge, though it made no order for costs.
The money must be paid in full by August 28.
