Woman dies after A449 motorbike and tractor crash in Ledbury
The 50-year-old biker was pronounced dead at the scene of a crash on the A449 Ross Road near Ledbury. A 47-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and has been released under investigation. The motorcyclist was travelling on a Honda CBF 500 motorbike on the A449 from Ledbury towards Preston Cross Roundabout.

This was when a John Deere tractor, which was towing a trailer containing seed drill, was waiting to turn right onto the A449 towards the roundabout. West Mercia Police have now issued an appeal following the crash on the A449 shortly after 10.30am. PC Danny Somner said: "Our thoughts are with the woman's loved ones, following yesterday's tragic collision.
"We are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or who may have dashcam footage to support our investigation.
