Motorcyclist fights for life in hospital after A603 crash in South Cambridgeshire
A 44-year-old motorcyclist is fighting for life in hospital after a collision on the A603 in South Cambridgeshire on Friday morning (1 August). He was travelling eastbound on a black Honda CBR near to Orwell just after 8.30am when the motorbike left the carriageway and struck a tree.
Paramedics and officers and paramedics attended and the man, from Hitchin in Hertfordshire, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. He remains in a critical condition.
Cambridgeshire police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with any information, including any relevant dashcam footage, is urged to contact them online[1] quoting Operation Upminster or incident 105 of 1 August.
