A350 crash: Van driver left with life-threatening injuries
At around 6:50pm, a Ford Transit van collided with a Ford Mondeo travelling in the opposite direction on the A350 in Longbridge Deverill on Tuesday, September 2. The driver of the van, a man in his 30s, suffered potentially life-threatening injuries and is still in hospital receiving treatment. A woman in her 70s, the driver of the Mondeo, suffered a serious injury which isn't thought to be life-changing.
Wiltshire Police has confirmed that no arrests have been made and an investigation is underway. They are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who may have dashcam footage to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team. A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: "Any witnesses to the collision or anyone who may have dash cam are asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team on 01225 694597 quoting log number 258 of yesterday's date.
