Long M6 delays warning after lorry crash
Drivers are facing long delays on the M6 as several lanes are closed following a crash involving a lorry.
Three out of four lanes have been shut on the northbound carriageway between junction seven, for Great Barr and junction eight, for the M5 after the HGV crashed.
National Highways posted on X at about 12:15 BST on Monday that there were about four miles of congestion on the motorway as the lanes remained closed.
Motorists were urged to consider using the M42 or M5 and to allow extra time for their journey if travelling from further afield.
