Woman injured as van smashes into Mini Cooper in Cotswolds and fails to stop

A dashcam footage appeal has been launched by Gloucestershire police[1] after a van hit a Mini Cooper and failed to stop.
The woman driving the Mini Cooper sustained injuries as a result of the incident which happened around 5pm on Friday, August 29, on Bristol Road in Upper Rissington in the Cotswolds[2].
The driver of the grey van which failed to stop was seen making off in the direction of the A424 and investigating officers are keen to find the van and its driver.
The appeal for video or witness footage has been posted by Gloucestershire police officers on the Your Community Alerts Gloucestershire website.

It said: "We're appealing for witnesses to a collision which happened at around 5pm on Friday (29 August) in Upper Rissington.
"The driver of a grey van collided with the rear of a green Mini Cooper which was turning right into Bristol Road, Upper Rissington. This caused the Mini to spin.
"The motorist in the grey van did not stop at the scene and headed in the direction of the A424. We would like to trace the vehicle and its driver.
"The driver of the Mini sustained an abrasion to her arm.
Article continues below"Officers would like to speak to anyone who saw the collision, has dashcam footage or who has seen a grey van in the surrounding area with front end damage.
"You can provide information to us online by completing the following form[3] and quoting incident 315 of 29 August."
