A456 Birmingham Road Kidderminster motorcycle crash

West Midlands Ambulance Service said they were called to reports of a collision at the junction of the A456 Birmingham Road and Deansford Road at 6.19am today (Wednesday, October 15). The motorcyclist was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening. A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of an RTC involving a motorcycle and a van at the junction of Birmingham Road and Deansford Road, Kidderminster at 6.19am today.

"One ambulance attended and treated the motorcyclist, a man, on scene for injuries not believed to be life-threatening. "The man was conveyed to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further checks." A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Police were called to a collision on the A456 Birmingham Road close to the Deansford Lane Junction at around 6.25am today (Wednesday, October 15).

"The collision involved a van and a motorbike. The motorcyclist was taken to hospital with injuries, not thought to be serious. "The road was initially blocked but re-opened at around 8am.

No arrests were made."
