Van ‘full of stolen cannabis’ dumped in Warwickshire after Thames Valley police chase

A van 'full of cannabis' was dumped in Warwickshire after Thames Valley police chase. The cloned Peugeot Expert van was initially clocked by Thames Valley officers in Banbury.

Warwickshire[1] Police Operational Patrol Unit (OPU) said that it had been involved in a robbery where a cannabis grow was targeted and a large amount of plants taken. The police chase led from Banbury onto Warwickshire, where the local team joined in to help.

As a result, they used a stinger to deflate the tyres on A429 between Wellesbourne and Barford.
