It was swiped from a business in Broadstone Road, Kitts Green[1].
No arrests have been made.
Police have issued a picture of a man officers want to trace.
They want to speak to him after the incident, just after 4pm, on September 28.
A CCTV image of a man was issued today, Monday, November 3.
In statement, police said: "We want to speak to this man after a charity collection box was stolen from Birmingham[6].
"It was taken from a business in Broadstone Road, Kitts Green, at just after 4pm on 28 September.

"Anyone with information is asked to contact us via Live Chat on our website, or by calling 101, and quote 20/393351/25."
Police inquiries are ongoing.
