M5 crash delays live with all lanes closed after collision involving overturned van

Drivers were delayed for an hour after all lanes on a stretch of the M5 motorway were closed after a crash involving a car and an overturned van in Worcestershire this morning. The collision happened on the northbound carriageway, between junction 6 for Worcester and junction 5 for Wychbold, at around 6.40am today, Thursday, November 27.
There were unconfirmed reports of one casualty.
National Highways West Midlands said all four lanes were initially closed. Drivers were warned to expect delays of around 60 minutes with more than five miles of congestion. The National Highways: West Midlands posted on X today: "Lanes 1, 2 and 3 (of 4) are closed on the #M5[3] northbound between J6 (#Worcester[4]) and J5 (#Wychbold[5]) due to an overturned van.
"There is currently approx.
3 miles of congestion on approach, causing delays of 40 minutes above usual journey times.
