Oxfordshire M40 crash involving lorry leaves woman ‘shaken’

Lauren Bennett was involved in an incident on the motorway at around 11am yesterday morning (Saturday, November 22). Now, she is asking for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to get in touch as soon as possible. The crash was on the southbound road at Junction 6 of the M40, where it connects with the B4009, and caused major traffic[2] queues in the area.

The crash was on the M40 near to Junction 6 (Image: Lauren Bennett) Ms Bennett said: "The accident was around 11am on the M40 involving my white car and a lorry." She added that it "crashed into our car in the middle lane" causing her and a passenger to have "very minor injuries".

If members of the public do ever witness a crash on the road and are unable to report it at the time they are encouraged to report it to the police or the people involved, as the information may be required for legal or insurance purposes.
