Highways officers are in attendance. Emergency services have been approached for further information.

It comes days after there were three incidents on the motorway in the first 24 hours of Operation Brock[1], which brought drivers to a halt.

The 13-mile stretch of restrictions aims to improve traffic flow, as data from the Port of Dover and Eurotunnel shows a high volume of passengers is expected.
