Two people on motorcycle die in crash

A man and a woman on a motorcycle have died in a crash involving two other vehicles, police have said.
The crash happened on the A228 Pembury Northern Bypass in Kent at around 18:40 GMT on Saturday.
The other vehicles involved in the crash with the black Triumph motorcycle were a light-coloured Jaguar car, which was travelling in the same direction towards Tunbridge Wells, and a silver Ford van that was heading in the opposite direction, Kent Police said.
The male rider of the motorcycle and his female passenger, both in their 30s, died at the scene.
Inquiries are being led by the Serious Collision Investigation Unit and officers are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
Drivers are being urged to check dashcam footage which may show the vehicles involved in the moments leading up to the collision.
