Man in his 30s taken to hospital after A303 crash near Wylye

The collision happened at around 1.20pm on January 8 at Wylye and involved a car and a stationary heavy goods vehicle. The car is believed to have struck the HGV. The man was taken to hospital, and his next of kin were informed, according to Wiltshire Police.
A spokesperson for the force said: "A man in his 30s has been seriously injured following a road traffic collision on the A303 at Wylye at about 1.20pm today (08/01). "A car is thought to have struck a stationary heavy goods vehicle."The driver has been taken to hospital to be treated for his injuries and his next of kin have been informed." The A303 was closed in both directions to allow emergency services to attend the scene.
It is expected to reopen shortly.
Police are asking for anyone who witnessed the collision or may have relevant dash cam footage to come forward.
