Tribute to lorry driver who died in A14 Godmanchester crash

Jason Tholen, 54, was driving a Scania lorry when it was in collision with a Suzuki SX4 on the A14 eastbound at Godmanchester, at about 6.45am on January 19. Emergency services attended and Jason, from Waddington, Lincolnshire, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Suzuki, a man in his 30s, was uninjured.

His family said: "On Monday, 19 January, Jason unexpectedly passed away due to a sudden medical event while driving his lorry. "He was loving, funny and made everyone around him smile, and will be missed a lot by all of his family, friends and colleagues." Have you got a story you want to share?
