What we know so far about A449 Colwall crash injuries

The crash happened when a black Mercedes car and a white Vauxhall van collided on the A449 at Colwall at 6pm on Thursday as police launch an appeal for witnesses. The A449 between Colwall and Ledbury was closed in both directions following a crash at 6pm last night at the junction of the B4218 and A449 near Colwall. One other person was treated for minor injuries but no arrests have been made so far in connection with what is an ongoing investigation.

A witness reported that the Colwall junction at the A449 near the Wellington pub was still completely shut off at around 10pm last night. Meanwhile, a photo showed emergency vehicles on blue lights at the scene with the road sealed off using traffic cones by West Mercia Police. Cars were forced to turn around.
