Crash at Clayton Brook roundabout causing delays

Motorists are reporting major delays approaching Clayton Brook due to a crash. The crash has taken place close to the roundabout near the Lidl supermarket. Delays have been reported since around 2.15pm on Saturday (21 March).

They are most severe heading northbound up the A6 from Chorley. One motorist has reported the North West Air Ambulance landing at the scene. A spokesperson for Lancashire Police confirmed the crash was a 'damage-only collision'.
