Criminals who appeared in the dock in Suffolk this week
John Chapman

He assaulted the second teenager after she had also become drunk. Chapman described himself as "a monster" and Recorder Emma Nash, sentencing the 52-year-old said: "It appears you couldn't resist the temptation that presented itself to you."
Lukasz Wojciechowski

This was after he crashed the lorry he was driving into the central reservation of the A14 at Rougham, with him failing a roadside breath test. PC Terry Harvey, of the Commercial Vehicle Unit, said: "We have dealt with all manner of reckless driving in our roles as CVU officers and this ranks up there with the worst. "To drive a heavy goods vehicle whilst over the drink-drive limit is inexcusable."
Cameron Tuttle

Cameron Tuttle[3], 26, formerly of Park Road, Lowestoft, was jailed for three years and four months for sexually abusing a woman while they were in and out of consciousness. Tuttle was due to stand trial but later admitted one count of sexual assault and a charge of assault by penetration. It was heard at Ipswich Crown Court, the assault occurred after the victim had been at the defendant's home and had been helped upstairs to bed.
George Ward

George Ward[4], 48 of Clifton Road, Norwich was handed a 20-month prison sentence, suspended for 24 months and ordered to pay a GBP156 victim surcharge after pleading guilty to to possession with intent to supply cocaine and heroin. Police officers seized an estimated street value of nearly GBP3,000, which is equivalent to around 300 deals. Sergeant Chris Smy said: "These substances have been removed from circulation, preventing harm to numerous people in the local community."
Edward Van Bishop

Edward Van Bishop[5], formerly of Stanford Street, Lowestoft, was jailed for eight weeks and disqualified from driving for 15 months, ordered to pay compensation of GBP300 to the owner of one of the damaged cars, as well as court costs of GBP85 and a GBP154 surcharge towards victims' services. Van Bishop evaded police for two months after crashing into a brick wall and damaging three parked cars in Highfield Road, Ipswich. The driver, who Suffolk Magistrates' Court heard was clearly identified as Van Bishop, got out of the car and left, and passengers were seen fleeing in the direction of Ashcroft Road.
Adefolarin Lawal

Adefolarin Lawal[6] of Allenby Road, Ipswich, was sentenced before Suffolk Magistrate's Court for the charge of theft by employee.
He has been ordered to pay back the money he owes, totalling more than GBP3,500, after stealing five iPhones from Currys while he worked there.
