Family’s tribute to ‘bright and shining light’ woman after fatal Welsh road crash

The devastated family of 23-year-old woman, who tragically died in a crash on a Welsh main road, have paid tribute to their "bright and shining light".
Ell? Claire Evans from Ammanford, lost her life following a crash between a HGV and a car at around 2.30pm on Tuesday, March 24 on the A470 in Doldowlod, near Rhayader.
In an emotional tribute, the family said: "Our beautiful, amazing, intelligent, miracle of a daughter, Ell? Claire Evans was involved in a road traffic collision at 23 years of age and has now departed from this realm to spend eternity with her Lord & Saviour.

"Ell? has always been a bright and shining light everywhere she has ever been and was very much the centre of every gathering.
"We as a family are still processing our loss, pain and sorrow, but also rejoicing in the gift we had in Ell? and the joy she brought to our hearts.
"We miss you already, we love you always and you'll be in our hearts and memories forever."
Dyfed Powys Police are continue to appeal for witnesses to the collision on the A470 to contact the force.
Officers are particularly keen to hear from anyone with dash-cam footage that could support their investigation.
