A303 and A30 live as car and lorry crash at Devon-Somerset border causes delays
A car and a lorry crashed on the A303 at the Devon-Somerset border. The road was blocked in both directions, with traffic queueing at Yarcombe. At the time, traffic monitor Inrix reported: "The A303 in both directions blocked, queueing traffic due to accident, a lorry and a car involved from the A30 (Chard turn off) to the B3170 (Corfe turn off)."
Google Maps reported delays in the area, with congestion on the A30 at Newcott and Rawridge. The accident had cleared by 1.30pm. We will keep you updated with our live blog below.
