The mother of influencer Klaudia Zakrzewska has paid an emotional tribute to her "precious" daughter, who passed away six days after being struck by a vehicle outside a nightclub in central London.

Klaudia, who was from Essex, was hit by a car on Argyll Street in Soho at 4.30am on April 19. The 32 year old, widely known by her online handle Klaudiaglam, was rushed to hospital but sadly died on Saturday (April 25).

Gabrielle Carrington - a 29 year old former X Factor finalist - had appeared before the court[2] the previous Tuesday, charged with attempted murder. The Metropolitan Police confirmed on Saturday that the charge would be updated to murder[3] following Klaudia's death, reports the Mirror[4].

A GoFundMe page[5] established last week in the name of Kinga, Klaudia's mother, described her as "in a coma and desperately fighting for her life".

In a subsequent update on Monday, Kinga wrote: "My precious daughter has gained her wings and is now at peace among the angels. She brought so much love, joy, and light into our lives, and that light will never fade."

She went on to say: "As we navigate this unimaginable loss, I am committed to giving my beautiful angel the farewell she deserves, a service filled with love, dignity, and the grace that reflects who she was."

"The funds raised will go toward her funeral arrangements, ensuring she is laid to rest in the most meaningful and special way possible... Part of the donations will help cover legal fees as I pursue the best possible representation to fight for her and her memory." Klaudia's mother also expressed her gratitude for the outpouring of love and support shown to the family throughout this "incredibly difficult time".

At the time of reporting, the fundraiser had raised in excess of ?26,000.

Alongside the murder charge, Carrington, of Broadfield Road, Manchester, also faces allegations[6] of dangerous driving, drink driving, grievous bodily harm with intent and actual bodily harm.

A 58-year-old man also sustained life-changing injuries as a result of the incident, while a third woman suffered a minor wrist injury.

Carrington reached the X Factor live finals in 2013 as one of three members of Miss Dynamix and currently boasts more than 365,000 followers on Instagram under the handle RIELLEUK.

She entered no pleas during a court hearing last week and is next due to appear at the Old Bailey on May 19.
