Man airlifted to hospital after crash involving lorry on Sevenoaks Road in Ightham
A man was airlifted to hospital after a collision between a lorry and a van. Emergency services were called to Sevenoaks Road in Ightham shortly after 4pm yesterday.
A spokesperson for the police said: "Officers and paramedics attended the scene where a man was treated for injuries. "He was taken to a London hospital by air ambulance and the vehicles were recovered.
"An investigation is underway into the circumstances."
Three fire engines also attended to assist paramedics, leaving at around 5.10pm.
