Kelvedon A12 crash delays Essex commuters as police seen

Witnesses report seeing police cars in the area and traffic is reportedly at a standstill. Photos suggest it is a two vehicle crash between a Ford van and an Audi. This is affecting commuters on the A12 at Kelvedon Bypass on the Northbound side of the carriageway.

Queueing traffic is causing congestion all the way back to junction 23 near Kelvedon South.
