A car was hit by a lorry on the M5 but then left the scene and did not give any details.
The collision took place near Junction 5 of the motorway, near Droitwich, heading northbound towards Birmingham[1], on Tuesday (April 28).
The lorry struck the Kia Rio shortly before 2pm, scarping down the side of the car.
Paramedics attended the scene with a woman shaken by the crash.
A spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service[3] said: "We were called to reports of a road traffic collision between junctions 5 and 4 of the M5 near Wychbold, Droitwich at 2.06pm on Tuesday and sent an ambulance to the scene.
"On arrival, crews found a car and a lorry had been involved in a collision.
"A woman was treated for injuries not believed to be serious but did not wish to go to hospital so was discharged at the scene."

The crash took place around 500 yards after Junction 5.
Arzu Helalpara, 50, was involved in the crash and her husband told BirminghamLive: "She is a bit shaken, nothing major with her but she has some pain on her righthand side because of the impact.
"We had emergency service by the paramedics, and went to the hospital on Wednesday.
"The car is damaged, a big possibility it will be written off.
"We are urgently trying to find witnesses following a hit-and-run.
"The lorry collided with her car and then left the scene without stopping. Sadly, we were unable to get the registration number.
"If you were in the area, saw anything, or have dashcam footage that might help, please get in touch as soon as possible. Even the smallest detail could make a difference.
"We would really appreciate your help.
Thank you."
A spokeswoman for West Mercia Police[5] said: "A minor collision on the M5 was reported on Tuesday (28 April).
"The Highways Agency and ambulance service attended and it was assessed there was no requirement for police to attend.
