Pedestrian dies after collision involving white truck on A15 near Lincoln

Lincolnshire Police officers are now appealing for witnesses to come forward

A pedestrian has died following a serious collision on the A15 near Lincoln[1].

Lincolnshire Police[2] were called to the A15, around 300m north of Riseholme Roundabout, at 1.04am on Tuesday, May 5.

The collision involved a white DAF truck and a pedestrian.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.[3]

Part of the A15 was closed whilst the emergency services attended the incident, and the road re-opened at around 7.50am.

Officers are now investigating what happened, and are asking anyone who may have seen the incident or has dashcam footage to contact them.
