A419: Moving tribute after Cirencester nurse dies in crash
Sarah Jayne Crook, 38, died when a Vauxhall Vivaro van collided with her Toyota Aygo on the A419 near the White Hart roundabout in Swindon on the morning of June 5. In a moving statement, her family described her as 'an amazing wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend'. They thanked the hundreds who have sent condolences and memories, as well as asking for privacy.
"On Friday, June 5, we lost an amazing wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend, Sarah Jayne Crook, to a tragic collision," they said. "We've been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and respect for her and the support for ourselves. 
"We would like to say thank you to the hundreds of people who have sent condolences and memories of her.
"Please respect the family's privacy at this time.
"Funeral details will be released when known."
