One motorist told KentOnline: "It's never like this, the bypass is filled with cars that are stationary and everyone trying to avoid the bypass has clogged up Malling Road throughout Snodland." It follows an earlier collision reported just before 5pm involving a lorry and a car on the eastbound carriageway of the M20 between junctions 3 and 4 for Leybourne/Snodland.
