M6 and M62 traffic LIVE as all traffic temporarily held again

Latest CCTV footage shows two incidents on the M62 are taking place directly next each other.

Emergency services have brought traffic to a standstill on the westbound carriageway of the M62 for vehicle recovery.

While, a broken-down lorry can be seen on the eastbound carriageway of the motorway.

One lane has been closed as a result.

Inrix says this was previously reported as a accident but new information and camera footage has confirmed it is a broken down vehicle.

The lorry has a transmission issue and cannot be moved currently, Inrix says.
