Six-vehicle collision near Beaulieu Park causing delays

The Londonbound exit slip road at Junction 19 for Boreham is currently shut after a crash earlier this afternoon. Traffic is queueing on the main carriageway, with long delays between Junction 20A for Hatfield Peverel and Junction 19 as drivers struggle to leave the A12. Congestion remains heavy in the area, with motorists urged to allow extra time for their journeys or consider alternative routes where possible.

A police spokesperson said: "A road closure is in place on a slip road on the A12 Londonbound at junction 19 following a collision.

"Officers were first called shortly after 1pm on Tuesday 9 June.

"Six vehicles including a lorry were involved."
