Scores of emergency crews rushed to the collision[3], but Eve was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
Eve’s tragic passing has left two daughters, aged three and four, without their mum[4] in the run up to Christmas[5].
Heartbroken pals have told how the Bellshill mum-of-two was pregnant with her third child.
And she had thrown her baby shower just two days before losing her life in the tragic crash.
One person took to social media[6] saying: “How do we say Farewell, how do we say rest in peace?
“Your friends and family celebrated your baby shower, only for 18/12/23 to come and snatch you from us.
“Can we get one more hug from you?

A fundraiser[7] has been set up to support Eve’s family in their difficult time.
The organiser wrote: “Eve is survived by her two young girls ages 3 & 4. We are desperately wanting to help this family as they come to terms with the devastating and tragic loss of their mum, sister and daughter.”
Cops are continuing to probe Monday’s crash and have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
Road Policing Sergeant Jill Kirkpatrick said: “Our thoughts are with the family of the woman who died.
“Enquiries into the circumstances of this collision are ongoing, and I would ask anyone who was on the motorway at the time and may have seen the crash, to please contact us.
“I would also appeal to anyone with dash-cams or recording equipment to check their footage for anything that could assist us.
