Commuters heading towards Manchester and Bolton from Preston have been stuck in long delays
Motorists heading out of Preston towards Bolton and Manchester saw early morning delays on the M61.
Delays of more than half-an-hour were reported on the M61[1]…
The motorists were caught by fixed cameras across the borough, including on the A666 St Peter’s Way, Chorley New Road in Horwich and Manchester Road, Kearsley[1].
All four were driving in excess of the limits on the roads.
