Woman driver taken by ambulance to Royal Stoke University Hospital
West Midlands Ambulance Service have confirmed they have taken a woman driver with minor injuries to the Royal Stoke University Hospital and a second patient was assessed and found to have sustained minor injuries which did not require further treatment.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 11.43am to a road traffic collision involving three cars and a lorry at the junction of Duke Street and the A50 in Fenton. One ambulance and a paramedic officer attended the scene.
” Upon arrival we found a woman who was the driver of one of the cars. She was assessed and had sustained minor injuries and received treatment from ambulance staff. She was conveyed to Royal Stoke University Hospital for further assessment.
“A second patient was assessed and had minor injuries. They did not require further treatment from ambulance staff.”
